Happy March Equinox! The Sun enteres Aries today and we move into spring in the north and fall in the south, but today we meet with equal (nearly) day and night.
Peppermint is a great essential oil for Aries heat. Sometimes we use an oil to cultivate the sign’s energy and sometimes we need to balance the sign’s energy. Peppermint excels at cooling that Aries heat.
